Forsee Power organized the backbone of production management to visit and study in Ningbo
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the company's mid-year meeting of "strengthening the construction of talent echelon and strengthening the waist and body", on August 30, 2014, Forsee Electric organized the production management backbone to go to Ningbo, Zhejiang Province for a two-day visit and study, and the visit and study group was led by Lu Yeyong, the manufacturing director, the workshop director and the production line leader, a total of 11 people. The first stop of the study group is Ningbo Hanelectric Group, which is a diversified, high-tech and international large-scale enterprise group integrating manufacturing, scientific research, investment and trade, and its subsidiary, Ningbo Hanelectric Electric Co., Ltd., is an electrical appliance manufacturer with an annual output of 2 million refrigerators and freezers. During the visit, the delegation visited five assembly lines and sheet metal phosphating workshops in the manufacturing workshop of KEPCO Electric Appliances, and conducted in-depth exchanges with the production management personnel of KEPCO Group on the production site 6S management, production process process quality control, labor combination and personnel management.
On August 31, the second stop of the study group came to Ningbo Yuyao (Taiwan) Jianfeng Management Technology Training School, which focuses on manufacturing training. Accompanied by the Jianfeng alumni commissioner, the visiting group visited the training school and learned about the multi-level and multi-type training system such as Jianfeng 3T (TQM, TPM, TPS), CWQM company-wide quality management, and "devil training camp".
The visit is an important step in the series of training in 2014 "going out, bringing in, learning experience, and improving management", and then the company will carry out systematic training and internal discussion based on the 6S management improvement of the production workshop and the construction of the team, form standards, and carry out continuous improvement in combination with the actual situation of the company, accelerate the construction of talent echelon, and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.
