The new Only 2023 strategic decoding kick-off meeting was held in Xiangyuan Qiyun Mountain

      From November 11th to 13th, 2022, the 2022 marketing department work review and 2023 strategic decoding kick-off meeting of Anhui New Ouli Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was officially launched in Xiangyuan Qiyunshan. A total of 25 members of the company's leadership team, heads of various departments and the company's core backbone gathered together to carry out fierce thinking collision and business discussion around the strategic goal of 10-fold growth of New Forli in the next five years. Zhou Jun, Minister of the Marketing Department, and Zheng Jiaxiu, Chief Financial Officer, attended the meeting via video.


 On behalf of the "Red Army", Cheng Hao, manager of the marketing department, reviewed the completion of the work of the marketing department in 2022, decoded the strategy for 2023 in combination with the company's five-year ten-fold growth strategic goal, and studied and formulated the annual combat tasks for 2023.

The "Blue Army" launched a fierce confrontation with the "Red Army" in accordance with the blind spots, stuck points, and risk points in the "Red Army's" 2023 battle plan. The core backbone of the company participated in the whole process as a "reinforcement" and put forward a competitive request to the "Red Army". After intense discussions, repeated optimization, the decomposition of hard-fought tasks is in place, the decoding measures are refined to the post, and the work responsibility is implemented to the person, so that everyone bears the pressure and everyone is assessed. The strategy decoding meeting clarified the goals and responsibilities, straightened out the work ideas, and achieved goals to advance, paths to find, and strategies to follow.

The meeting adopted the company's corporate vision: based on smart home appliances, expand new energy, and enter the big health; Mission: Create value for employees to win the future; Values: customer first, truth-seeking and pragmatic, reform and innovation, hard work, openness and sharing. After two days of heated discussions and passionate PK, the company's strategic goals and corporate culture construction in 2023 were successfully implemented, and the key work of next year was well understood, worked hard and struggled, and the business of each department crossed and supported each other, which further deepened the unity between departments and gathered strength for the impact of ten-fold growth in five years.

In two days, the 2023 strategic decoding task was successfully completed, and the work goals, work directions and implementation paths for next year were clarified.
