On January 13th, the 2023 annual business analysis meeting of Anhui Xinoulai Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., themed 'Paving the Way Forward, Winning the Future', was held at the Bo Yue Mansion in Hefei. More than 80 company leaders, all professional personnel, production line supervisors and above, and outstanding employees attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Xu Xiaowu led all staff in studying the 'Cultural Culture of Anhui Xinoulai Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. (Version 1.0). Corporate culture is an indispensable part of a company. An excellent corporate culture can create a good corporate environment, improve the cultural literacy and moral standards of employees, and naturally form a sense of cohesion, centripetal force, and constraint among employees, becoming an indispensable spiritual force for the development of the company.
Ms. Zheng Jiaxiu, the financial director of the company, made a special report on 'The Work Summary of 2022 and Work Plan for 2023'. Finally, the general manager of the company, Mr. Jiang Haijun, delivered an important speech titled 'Blazing a Trail and Winning the Future.' He first reviewed the 16-year development history of Ouli, and introduced in detail the business and development situation over the past three years since the reform: In 2019, Ouli underwent a reform, marking the first year of the new Ouli, where we embarked on our dream journey; In 2020, the new Ouli overcame difficulties and achieved new successes; In 2021, the new Ouli, adhering to the vision of 'Living Healthily,' moved forward with determination; In 2022, the new Ouli, with renewed vigor, increased its resilience in change, and planned for the future amidst transformation. There were significant changes in the company in 2022. We added a No. 3 rolling machine, a fully automatic laser cutting machine, and a sheet metal bending machine; completed the upgrade and transformation project of the fully automatic spraying line; relocated the comprehensive line and door roller; initiated the installation and production of cold cabinet equipment; and further improved the on-site 5S management and lean production. Last year, we encountered more difficulties than in previous years, but through the joint efforts and hard work of all the employees of Ouli, we achieved better results than in previous years.
Jiang Haijun stated that in 2023, Xin Ouli needs to seize opportunities, expand its path, and closely adhere to the company's vision: to establish itself in smart home appliances, expand into new energy, and advance into the big health sector, providing all employees with the greatest opportunities for development, and striving to create value to win the future for the staff. To outpace the future, we need passion, dreams, to be meticulous and strive for perfection, to be altruistic with a grateful heart, to engage in more physical activities, and to learn more. Jiang Haijun emphasizes that in the new year, the company's strategic goals and management operations have been clarified. This is a great era, an era of both opportunities and challenges. The road may be long, but it will be reached if we keep walking; the matter may be difficult, but it will surely be accomplished if we do it. In 2023, we will uphold the spirit of 'blazing a trail and running towards the future', calmly respond to both internal and external challenges, adhere to the principle of putting customers first, seeking truth from facts, reforming and innovating, striving energetically, and opening up for sharing. We will strive to be the first to achieve our goals, improve quality and expand quantity, and jointly create a more beautiful future for New EuPower!
